    The correct option is A.

The cooling system of a vehicle's engine must be maintained at constant temperature notwithstanding the external weather temperature. Typically, if the temperature of the engine is too low, the engine will not be able to use fuel efficiently and the rate of given off of emission will rise. On the other hand, if the temperature of the engine is allow to get too hot for a long period of time, then the engine will be destroyed.
