Remember everyone's favorite rainbow Roy G. Biv. The beauty of this name is that the colors of the rainbow are listed in order from the least energetic to the highest energy. So R is first, that means that red has the lowest energy. V is last that means that violet has the highest energy.

Radio waves, on the other hand, have the lowest energies, longest wavelengths, and lowest frequencies of any type of EM radiation. In order from highest to lowest energy, the sections of the EM spectrum are named: gamma rays, X-rays, ultraviolet radiation, visible light, infrared radiation, and radio waves

red has longer wave length but ultra violet has more energy.
