4. Should juveniles have the right to a trial by a jury of his or her peers? Why or why not?

    The peers of the juveniles shouldn’t have the right to have trial, in my opinion there would be a biased state in the trial which would create a disorderly manner. And besides, the background of the jeuvenile can be hard evidence enough to know the reason behind everything.
