    A helium4 atom has 2 protons and 2 neutrons. Its mass is 6.645 * 10^-27 kg. The mass of 4 hydrogen atoms is 6.693 * 10^-27 kg. Subtract the helium atoms mass from the 4 hydrogen and you get 0.048 * 10^-27 kg.
