    Out of ten people, about 2 would be Indian and another two Chinese, as India hold around 17% of the world population, while China holds 20%. So 4/10 of the world population are from either place.

    Since both of these population giants are in Asia and the other countries in the continent add up to another 20% of the population, it all totals out to 60%. This means that 6 out of ten people are from Asia.
