    B. F. Skinner was pshychologist, behaviorist, author, inventor and social philosopher. During his time at Harvard University, Skinner became interested in studying human behavior in an objective and scientific way. He developed ''operant conditioning'' more known as a ''Skinner box'' experimental research so he could study operant conditioning for strengthening behavior. He also believed that if a person does something where the consequences are bad, he most likely won't do the same action again but if the consequences are good, a person will most likely repeat that action.
