    Political decentralization:

    "It is process which occurs when the federal authorities or center have less power to implement and perform the process of policy making for the state."

    As there are local governments or public representatives who perform the duty of policy making and there implementations in the various ares of the country.

    Explanation:

    Causes:

    In the medieval times there were landlords and noble families in the European region. As they owned lands and had power over the people living in them. As they were very conservative in nature, the governmental institutions were not powerful enough to implement the regulations on them directly, which led to a more decentralized system of governance.

    Consequences:

    Due, to the decentralization of power in the region, there people face huge issue regarding the implementation of policies and rules in most of the areas. There were issues regarding the fund distribution among the various districts and regions.
