    Different leadership styles with their strengths and weakness:

    Leadership is a skill, which means that a person can do something with talent and skills. They acts on human emotions, which means that the leader finds ways to connect with human instincts.

    Leadership style is a leadership method used to plan, execute and motivate people. Various authors have suggested establishing different leadership styles for political, business or other leaders.

    These are the basic types of leadership styles:

    Autocratic leadership: This kind of leaders are said to be as a commander. They promotes ''my way'' or the ''highway'' rules.

    Strength - Accomplishes goals quickly. Weakness - There is an abuse of power.

    Democratic leadership: The person who follows this kind of style is called as the motivator.

    Strength - They encourage the collaboration and cooperation of the team members. Weakness - They accomplishes goals slowly.

    The Laissez-faire leadership: This kind of leader are called as the delegator. They delegates authority to field experts.

    Strength - Encourages creativity and new ideas. Weakness - This type of leadership have poor time management.

    Paternalistic leadership: In this leadership style, the superior assumes that his position is paternal. Paternalistic means that he knows better.

    Strength - Employees works harder for gratitude. Weakness - This paternalistic approach hardly works with mature adult employees, many of whom do not want their godfather to represent their interests. Instead of gratitude, hostility and resentment can excite subordinates.
