When women live in traditional or stage 2 countries what can you say about their fertility rate?

Their fertility rate is still very high, pretty close that of Stage 1. This is because although the Second Agricultural Revolution has taken place, you see the Industrial and Medical Revolutions take place as well, there is this culture of having many children, and the CDR hasn't necessarily begun to drop yet.
