we are taught that the universe goes on forever and doesn't end but, we are also taught the universe is constantly expanding every minute ... if it's expanding where's it expanding to? What's in that area that it's expanding into?

    The universe expands into nothingness. It devours the nothingness to expand itself for more galaxies, solar systems, stars, and planets. Even if I'm incorrect, we might never truly know the answer will we?

    We honestly don't know if either or is correct. We can only theorize since we havent reached that pinnicle of knowlage and technology to find out that stuff, so we really cannot find the answer to that. Although, the universe might be expanding straight from nothing, think of it as a inflatable ballon that inflates itself without having to use anything outside of it to inflate. thats the best way i can put it.
