A job is is just a way of earning simple money. A job is not something most people want to pursue as their career. Although some jobs can lead to a career in a certain field you enjoy working at. A career is something a person loves doing and will continue to do until retirement.

A job is just a way of earning money while a career is a series of employment opportunities where you build up your skills to get higher pay or a higher position through the process of developing a skill for that career.
