    In order to get the time, you will use the equation:

    Frequency x no. of cycles = Time

    so the solution will be:

    1050 Hz x 12 cycles =.0114 seconds

    Convert seconds into milliseconds by multiplying it by 1000 which is

    = 11.4ms
