we cannot compare the local restaurant and the modern coz

(1) the local restaurant is cheap compared to the modern ones or the larger restaurant

(2) they serve food in a respective manner in a larger restaurant, non like the local ones where they serve food anyhow.

and the taste of the local dishes is always different from the modern ones.
