How was this series of paintings different from the Kehinde wiley had done before

This art series, An Economy of Grace, was so much different from all of Wiley's previous ones, because the majority of his work focused on black men, not women, so for the first time in over a decade of his painting career, he has finally decided to put something out there for women.
