What are two characteristics that indicate fin fish has been cooked to the proper degree of doneness?

    Answer:Opaque color. When you start cooking fish it's rather shiny and translucent. When it's done, fish will be opaque.

    Flake easily with a fork. When you flake fish with a fork (more on that next) that's properly cooked, it'll easily flake apart.
