Have you ever felt limited by your gender or the stereotypes associated with it? If so, how?

I have never personally felt limited by my own gender but I have felt the effects of others who believe I should be limited because of my gender because I am a female. I have been told there are certain things that, as a female, I cannot do that a male can but I have never let that stop me.
