What conclusion can be drawn about the landforms on earth and on mars

Mars is a barren wasteland of rocks, canyons, and plateau's. Earth also has many of these features as well and they may look very similar. In retrospect, both earth and mars have varying terrains, while earth's are more green and filled with life, it can still reflect mar's rocky plains in other areas.
