In what way did Van der weyden differentiate himself from the van eycks

    They were both contemporaries of Robert Campin, who painted the same types of paintings, however, two differences are that Van Der Weyden became more popular than Van Eycks, and that Van Eycks always signed and dated his paintings with "ALS IK KAN" ("AS I CAN")
