Why does Gaugin decide to move out of the house he shared with Vincent?

Gauguin most likely moved out of the Yellow House because (A.) - He is afraid for his life, they lived in Province, and after he moved, he then left for Paris, though he never saw Van Gogh again, they sent letters to eahother. Paul Gauguin left the house after Vincent Van Gogh sliced off his ear. The house was rented in Van Gogh's name, and Van Gogh's mission was to create a community where artists could thrive together.
