Observe preparation of dishes at your home. Identify two changes that can be reversed.

While observing the preparation of dishes at home these two changes were observed which can be reversed:

1) Making a Roti (Indian Bread) out of a dough which can easily be reversed into a dough after giving it the shape of a bread.

2) Most of the liquids like water, soups which are heated for food preparations can again be cooled easily.
