    I don't know what piece this question is about, but pretty much the only characteristic of a barcarolle is a 6/8 or similar time signature that creates a lilting feel similar to the rocking of a boat, so I would guess A. Mixed instrumentation doesn't sound like a barcarolle characteristic so it probably isn't D.
