1 example would be weather, we adapt to the weather with being in it.

Another could be we all used to be allergic to lactose, a type of sugar in milk. But we adapted to it since we domesticated animals.

Another one could be pigmentation. People living in the sun a lot or for their lives and adapted to turning their skin darker colors to prevent the sling from burning.
