    If you are not a Diabetic when your blood sugar is low, the pancreas secretes glucagon to trigger the liver to release stored glucose. In diabetics, it works the same but the glucagon must be administered through a needle.

    A when its low it has to make it so diabetics cant do this aka diabeties
