    yellow skin and a yellow tint to the whites of the eyes is a likely sign that the cells of the liver are being destroyed. This is referred to as being jaundice. Other symptoms of liver damage are belly pain and swelling. One might also experience loss of appetite or nasua. Sometimes people even have bleeding, bruising, twitching, itching or mental confusion.
