    Bacteria are vital in many different stages of nutrients cycle by recycling nutrients for example, fixation of nitrogen from the atmosphere.

    Bacteria feed on decomposition of dead bodies and responsible for putrefaction. They do sustain life by converting dissolved compounds for, example, methane and hydrogen sulphide to energy. Bacteria is a type of biological cell which constitutes a large domain of prokaryotic microorganisms.

    Earthworms gets their nutrition and energy from organisms which are in the soil they are found in the phylum called Annelida and they feed on dead and live organic.
