    Thecytoplasm in a eukaryotic cells is a gel - like fluid substance responsible in which all the internal structures are suspended because it is a thick fluid, and the eukaryotic cells have a nucleus throughout their entire life cycles and it controls what gets into and out of the cells and makes all of the other cellular components are suspended.
