    Based on the given symptoms of the patient of having to urinate frequently at night, it is probably the patient has an enlarged prostate gland or has an infection of the bladder or urinary tract as this problem causes a person to urinate frequently during the evening. It will make the person’s sleeping time to be disrupted as frequently urinating has the tendency of waking a person in order to urinate.
