    Resistance measures of how much an aggravation can influence the streams of vitality and matter while resilience rate at which a biological system comes back to its unique state after an unsettling influence.

    For a high resistance, there is no impact on the general stream of vitality and matter while for high resilience comes back to unique state quickly.
