Why was the evolution of sexual reproduction so important to the evolution of life?

    Sexual reproduction had to evolve and adapt just like us.

    Evolutionary traits like sperm cells being less flimsy, being easier to produce even with less food, and less prone to unwanted mutations. This was needed in a time of immigration into unknown territories where sex cells could easily die.
