Which trait distingishes between the kingdoms of bacteria and archaea

    A big difference between Archaea and Bacteria (I’m assuming you’re talking about the three-domain system) is what their cell wall is made of. Archaea and Bacteria both have Prokaryotic cells, but Archaea are considered the "extreme" organisms, and bacteria are the "normal" ones.
