    Lets see, well disease, poor living conditions, and genetic mutations.

    It would decrease their population which could have an impact on everyone. If lots of people are dying then that means producers, transporters, doctors, scientists, would all decrease. Lots of productivity would lessen and many normal commuting and advances would decrease.
