    Epispadias is a congenital deficiency which involves irregular settlement of the urethral orifice of the penis. The urethral opening is to be found anywhere on the dorsum of the penis. Upon the analysis of the results, the nurse will most likely be expected to note to note that there is a presence of Bacteriuria.
