One should wash their hands with rather than during all of your work breaks, before eating, and after work

Well not really a question but one shouldn't wash their hands that often because then the germs tend time grow and adapt to the ingredient used to kill them. Kinda like when u get a flu shot, you get it because viruses change and learn to adapt to the older "anti-flu shot". So washing your hands one to many times is also a bad thing
