The government of a rural city wants to build an electrical energy plant. While brainstorming for possible resources to use, the planners made a list as shown of some requirements and aspects of the city's location that restrict what type of power plant can be built.

The best option for power plant is wind power. Wind power may be the cheapest and best way to replace fossil fuels for large-scale electricity generation.

Constant strong winds are necessary in order this type of power plants to work and to produce electricity. If the wind is not constant batteries to store the electricity are used.
