This question is incomplete as it is missing the referenced graph. Obviously, if the brown bears increases their reliance on leaves, their reliance on other food sources will decrease. So although the reliance on leaves will increase by 14%, there will be decreases in reliance among the other food sources equating to a total of 14%.
