    C. Phloem and Xylem.

Just to dig it deeper, think of vascular systems as the system responsible for transportation of materials, and from its name already it somehow means vessels that carry stuff from one place to other. Like humans, plants need to transport minerals, water, nutrition from soil and leaves to different parts of the plant. Phloem and Xylem transport food and water respectively throughout the plant, exhibiting different techniques for sure.
