The person might have problems in terms of digestion. Although, we can live without our gallbladder there are certain foods that can not be digested with our liver and other parts of our digestive system.

Our liver cannot digest fatty foods, fatty foods are often broken down in the gallbladder. Aside from that, the person might have problems with diarrhea.
