    The three sources of errors in the indirect measurement of blood pressure: 1. Observe bias. 2. Faulty equipment. 3. Failure to standardize the techniques of measurement. Most common error in BP measurement is incorrect limb position. When using a cuff, the arm (or leg) where the cuff is applied must be at mid-heart level.
