Beavers are sometimes trapped for their fur. what could be one effect of increased trapping of beavers in an area?

    Reduces their populations as more are killed, could lead to extinction in an area and could damage the food chain. Animals which feed on beavers have less food and food eaten by beavers won't be eaten as frequently, so may overpopulate
