Enzymes are proteins. What would happen to the enzymes of your body if your body temperature started to rise to an abnormally high degree?

A. Nothing, the enzymes would be fine because they are very stable molecules.

B. The enzymes' substrates would become changed in shape and no longer fit the active sites of the enzyme.

C. The enzymes would become denatured and their active sites would lose their shape causing them not to work.

D. The enzyme would become larger than the substrate but would still continue to work, just not as well.
