    After squats, stairs become the enemy. This is because many people do think that walking on stairs keeps you healthy and active but afterwards it is the opposite for people become tired and tend to ignore walking on the stairs. Feeling big around people who don’t weight lift for you do lift. This causes many to keeping thinking more than it is supposed to be.
