How do the nutrients that enter our cells compare with the food we eat? answer?

    The food we eat tends to contain very long chain fatty acids and proteins. Digestion has the effect of shortening these long chain and cross linked molecules to short chain or single amino acid molecules suitable for absorption into the the cells of the body
