    1. Carbon is part of all organic compound. Carbon is found in all organic compounds.

    2. Calcium is a components of bones, it is very important for normal bone formation. It is also found in cell membrane where it takes part in cell signalling pathways.

    3. Nitrogen is an important component of all proteins. It is also found in nucleic acid.

    4. Water is a universal solvent. It is so called because it dissolves large amount of substances, much more than any other solvent. Water is made up of hydrogen and oxygen.
