    The high testosterone level causes the female newborn develop a male genitalia. Since her genetic should be XX, she should not have a male genitalia. This condition is would be called the disorder of sexual development.

    Androgyny would be the appearance of secondary sex characteristics that show up in adolescence. Bisexual orientation also supposed to appear in adolescence.
