Which plant cells contain the greatest concentration of chloroplasts?

    the palisade cells in the plants leaves will contain the most chloroplasts because sunlight hits the plant leaves and the chlorophyll in these cells need to absorb the light so having lots of chloroplasts makes it more efficient, n most cells of green plants that are exposed to light.
