    Answer: Cells membrane

Cells membrane is like a skin to human. It will be the border of the cells and protect it from outside by limiting things that can pass into it. It also used to dump waste so it should be able to make it pass out of cells. When cells membrane is disrupted/damaged, the existence of the cell can be threatened.
