a. decreased adh secretion.

b. increased renin secretion.

c. increased secretion of atrial natriuretic factor.

The answer to this question would be: b. increased renin secretion.

When renin secreted, it will activate the Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system which results in secretion of aldosterone and antidiuretic hormone called vasopressin. Aldosterone will work at the kidney by increasing the absorption of natrium, lowering the urinary output as water is following the natrium.
