An individual can still get ill, when he or she consumes his or her own urine, because urine is waste. Though it consist of ninety-five (95) percent water and five (5) percent metabolites, urine is still considered to be waste. Excess nutrients and waste are removed from the body through urination. If one continues to intake his or her urine, you'll end up releasing it again from your body, yet it becomes more concentrated and may also affect one's gastrointestinal tract.
