    What came to my mind was just a health balance of nutrition in your body and as well as a health mind, and keeping a health lifestyle. you may be able to balance on two feet without having to worry about overweight, balance on your feet by not having any negativity in your mind, and lastly balancing by living a health lifestyle that won't kill you. just a thoguh.
