I believe they are called autosomes or non-sex chromosomes

Sex chromosome determine whether an individual is male or female, in humans and other X and Y are the sex chromosomes. Such that female have two X chromosomes and male have an X and a Y.

Non-sex chromosomes or autosomes comes in pairs of homologous chromosomes (have the same genes arranged in similar order), thus for all of the genes on the autosomes, the female and males have two copies.
